2. Who Can Have a Player Profile
A player profile may exist on TennisKhelo if the player has:
- participated in tournaments managed through TennisKhelo
- registered for events through the Platform
- appeared in publicly available sports records
- been listed by an academy or tournament organiser
- created their own account on the Platform
Player profiles may represent players from all levels of sport including:
- recreational players
- society or club tournaments
- corporate events
- academy training programs
- state or national tournaments
- international competitions
3. Sources of Player Information
Player profile information may be sourced from a variety of publicly available or authorised sports records, including:
- All India Tennis Association (AITA)
- International Tennis Federation (ITF)
- Asian Tennis Federation (ATF)
- State or District Tennis Associations

- event organisers using TennisKhelo
- information submitted directly by players or parents
TennisKhelo displays such information to maintain accurate sporting records.
TennisKhelo does not alter official rankings or federation records.

A player profile may display sporting information such as:

- profile photograph (if provided)

5. Information That Is Never Publicly Displayed
