In accordance with Our Terms of Service, Your photograph may be clicked (either as single photo or in group with other users) or audio-videos may be made/created during event or during usage of any third party websites or applications while taking practise session or attending any event using or through Our Primary Services (“Photos and Videos”). Such Photos and Videos may be clicked/made/captured by the venue/centre managers, or any individual authorized by TennisKhelo’s personnel or venue managers.

2. Location information

   When you use the Services, We collect precise location data about the location of the device from the Platform used by the User. If you permit any of Our Platform to access location services through the permission system used by your mobile/web platform, We may also collect the precise location of your device when the Mobile Application or the Platform is running in the foreground or background. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.

3. Transaction information

   We collect transaction details related to your use of Our Primary Services, including the type of service requested, date and time the service was provided, amount charged, product supplied, and other related transaction details. Additionally, if someone uses your promo code, We may associate your name with that person.

4. Device information

   We may collect information about your mobile device, including, for example, the hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, unique device identifier, advertising identifiers, serial number, device motion information, and mobile network information.

5. Call and SMS Data

You expressly relieve TennisKhelo from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website, service, or content, including without limitation content submitted by other Users.

• We as an intermediary are responsible to facilitate a transaction between you and the ultimate event or fitness session organizer/partner so as to enable you to book/purchase a reservation for an sports event, sports session, coaching session, etc. For Us to be able to facilitate this transaction and otherwise fulfill Our contractual arrangements with these ultimate product/service providers, We may have to share your data with them so that they are able to verify the accuracy of the information you have shared with Us while issuing your valid booking id or reservation, to provide you with services and benefits that you may be entitled to and to conduct their own analysis.

8. Your Data

Player Profile Data

At TennisKhelo, we prioritize accuracy and transparency in the player profiles displayed on our platform. All player data is sourced directly from the AITA (All India Tennis Association) official website to ensure that the information is both authentic and up-to-date.

• Data Access: Player profiles are created using verified data from AITA, and access to these profiles is strictly limited to authorized individuals to maintain privacy and security.

• Profile Claims: Players or their parents/guardians have the ability to claim and manage the player’s profile through the following steps:

  • Verification Process: To ensure the rightful person is managing the profile, players or guardians must verify their identity by filling out a simple form on our platform.
  • Access Rights: Upon successful verification, profile management access will be granted to the player or their parent/guardian.
  • Profile Updates: Once access is provided, users can update and manage their profiles to ensure the information remains accurate.

We are committed to protecting personal information with robust security measures. Only authorized individuals, such as the player or their legal guardian, are given the ability to manage profiles.

Account information

Tournament Management Service Provider

As a tournament management service provider, we facilitate the organization and management of tournaments. However, we are not responsible for the data or photos that users upload to their profiles.

Users have full control over the data and photos they add to their profiles. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all photos and media uploaded are appropriate and relevant. Any personal or irrelevant photos uploaded may result in immediate action.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to ban or suspend user accounts if personal, inappropriate, or unauthorized content is uploaded. Any unauthorized activity by a user can lead to their profile being banned.
