The Inter-Club Sports Carnival 2025 is set to ignite rivalries and showcase seasoned skill from November 7th to 9th, 2025 hosted by the Rambagh Golf Club, Jai Club, and Jaipur Club. The courts will be alight with world-class doubles action, driven by the enduring spirit and pride of each participating club. 

Featuring high-stakes doubles matches across unique combined age categories (70+, 90+, 100+), the Carnival promises thrilling 15-game sets, strategic team pairings, and powerful displays of lifetime athleticism from our 35+ veteran players. The Inter-Club Sports Carnival features high-stakes doubles action from seasoned 35+ veteran players. Each tie includes three intense, 15-game sets across the unique 70+, 90+, and 100+ combined age categories. Expect fierce competition, strategic teamwork, and club pride on full display as teams battle through the league format to secure their spot in the knockout Quarter Finals.

1. Inter-Club Sports Carnival Match Format

• ➣ Tie Structure: Each tie will consist of three doubles sets.

• ➣ Set Length: Each set will be of 15 games (the first team to 8 games wins).

• ➣ Age Category (Individual): Each player must be 35+ years of age as on 07.11.2025.

Rounds

• ➣ Grouping: All teams will be divided into four groups.

• ➣ League Matches: Played between all the teams of one group.

• ➣ Points: Winner of each set earns 10 points.

• ➣ Advancement: The Top two teams with the maximum points from each group will advance to the Quarter Finals.

Quarter Final Pairings

• ➣ Groups A & B:

  • ● Top team of Group "A" vs Top team of Group "B"

  • ● Second team of Group "A" vs Second team of Group "B"

• ➣ Groups C & D: Paired similarly for Groups "C" & "D".

2. Team Composition

• Player Pairs: Each team will consist of pairs of two players based on the following combined age categories.

• ➣ Age Categories (Combined Age of Both Players):

  • ➣ 70+ Category: Combined age must be 70 years or above.

  • ➣ 90+ Category: Combined age should be 90+ years, and individual age of both players must also be 45 years on 07.11.25.

  • ➣ 100+ Category: Combined age should be 100+ years, and individual age of both players must also be 50 years on 07.11.25.

• ➣ Match Pairing: Each pair will compete against the corresponding age category pair from the opposing team.

• ➣ Team Size: Each team will have six players maximum.

Disputes

In case of any dispute, the decision of the Chief Referee will be final and binding. The Organisers also reserve the right to make any changes to the draft at any time.
