Format

The tournament will follow a round-robin format, managed seamlessly through the Tenniskhelo app.

Team Composition

There will be two groups, each with 5 teams consisting of 6 players each. Through the app, Players will be assigned to teams through a category-based lottery system. The categories include Federer, Nadal, Djokovic, and Murray. The players will be categorized as per their daily routine performance, play level and information gathered.

Match Rules

- Each team will have 1 Federer, 2 Nadal, 2 Djokovic, and 1 Murray category player.
- One player can play only one match against one team.

- The playing combination of the teams and which pair is playing will be managed by team captain while using Tenniskhelo app.

- Team which wins 2/3 matches against another team will be winner.

- While ranking the teams, in case two or more teams have same number of points, following pattern will be followed :

1. 1st preference will be given to the team which has won more games all over.
2. If the tie still remains then the team which won the clash between them will go ahead.

Match Format:

The TennisKhelo app will ensure smooth and organized matches. Each match will consist of one set, with a 7-point tiebreak at 6-6. In case of deuce, the winner will be determined by the best of three points, adding an extra layer of excitement to the matches.

With the Tenniskhelo app, the progression from quarterfinals to semifinals and finals is streamlined, keeping everyone informed and updated.

1. Teams will have to comply with time schedules.
2. All six members have to be present before the start of the first match
3. All round robin stage matches will be played on Saturday
4. Quarterfinals, semifinals and finals will be scheduled for Sunday.

Disputes

In case of disputes, the decision of the Gymkhana organizing committee will be final and binding.

Cleanliness Request

Tenniskhelo promotes a clean environment, reminding all tennis players to maintain cleanliness at the club and ensure litter is thrown in the bin only.
