AUCTION RULES

1. Reserve your place in the Auction by submitting fees before April 27th, 2024.
2. April 28th, 2024, marks the Auction day, offering you the opportunity to create your ideal team. Act swiftly to become a team owner.
3. Players are categorized into skill levels (A, B, and C) with corresponding price tags. Each team can select only 2A, 2B, and 3C players.
4. We have a set number of players: 20A, 20B, and 54C. Consequently, all A and B players will be sold. Please adjust your auction strategy accordingly.
5. Advance venue details shared through WhatsApp messages in main group.

MATCH FORMAT & RULES

1. Engage in competitive matches across two groups, each with Five teams and up to seven players per team.
2. Team composition includes 2A, 2B, and 3C players for a dynamic lineup.
3. The scheduled matches will follow the AB, BC, and AC player categories.
4. Every team is scheduled to engage in three matches against each opposing team. The team that triumphs in 2 out of 3 matches will be declared the victor and granted 2
5. Punctuality is paramount; players are required to be present on May 4th and 5th as per the schedule. Matches will start from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the morning and from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the evening.

Replacement Protocol:

1. Every team is composed of 7 players. Should a player be absent or unavailable due to injury or any other reason, the team should proceed with the remaining 6 players.
2. In the event of a player withdrawing, becoming injured, or being unable to continue for any reason during the tournament, a replacement can be selected from the pool of non-retained players.
3. Replacement options are restricted to unsold players when substituting team members becomes necessary.

PAYMENT DETAILS

1. Ensure your participation with prompt payments before April 27th, 2024.
2. Entry fee for individual players: 500/-
3. Entry fee for Team Owners:(2000 + 500)

Disputes

In case of disputes, a specially appointed committee comprising five impartial members will be established. To maintain fairness, no two committee members will be from the same team. This committee is empowered to address any unforeseen situations, confusion, or hidden issues that may arise during the tournament. Their decisions are final and binding, and all teams and players are expected to comply with the rules set by the committee.
