Sh. Nihal Singh is a visionary educator and institution builder whose lifelong conviction has been as simple as it is profound — that quality education should never be a privilege of geography. Growing up with a deep awareness of the vast gap that exists between rural and urban educational opportunities in India, he refused to accept that the accident of birth in a village should determine the ceiling of a child's ambition.

In 2004, driven by this belief, Sh. Nihal Singh founded Vidyagram International School in Chomu, Jaipur — a decision that was as bold as it was purposeful. At a time when international-standard schooling in rural Rajasthan was virtually unheard of, he sought a new and evolved model of education — one that provided intellectual and creative freedom while remaining deeply rooted in Indian values and the CBSE curriculum.

What sets Sh. Nihal Singh apart as a founder is his refusal to think small for the communities he serves. His vision for Vidyagram was never simply to build a school — it was to build a Nation Builder School — an institution designed to produce the world's future scientists, leaders, and sportsmen from the very heartland of rural India.

Under his leadership, Vidyagram International School has grown into one of the most transformative CBSE schools in Rajasthan, nurturing over 12,000 students, achieving 100% results in CBSE Board Exams for Class X and XII, and celebrating the selection of over 400 students in competitive exams including NEET, JEE, and CLAT — outcomes that rival the finest urban institutions in the country.
