Welcome to Max Tennis Academy, New Delhi. Max Tennis Academy provides high-level tennis training across a wide range of ages and levels based on good organization and experienced skilled coaches. MAX Tennis Academy is based on the Professional Tennis Registry and International Tennis Federations. 

Facilities Of Max Tennis Academy

We provide excellent facilities for our players. Parents waiting for their children can enjoy an evening walk outside the academy. Every Saturday is our fitness day, during which all students undergo fitness level tests and participate in fun activities and games with their coaches. After tennis, some students also play basketball on the court.

Tennis Court, Training Program

Training Program Starts with warm up for 10 minutes. Then Skill development for 30 minutes which focuses on specific aspects of your game such as serving, forehand, backhand and footwork. Strength and Conditioning for 20 minutes where we teach strength training exercises targeting muscles used in tennis such as legs, core, shoulders. Lastly, Cool down and recover for 10-15 minutes like light jogging and walking to lower heart rate. 

Max Academy group session programs for kids are between Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday there are only 1:1 sessions for adults and kids both.
